1. General Policy

Because of the nature of our products and local regulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size/model ordered, or normal wear and tear.

However, if there is a problem with the product you received, we will work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Please see the sections below for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

2. Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us assist you faster, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A short description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

After reviewing your case, we may offer one of the following solutions:

  • A replacement of the same item (where available), or
  • A refund to your original method of payment.

We reserve the right to decide whether a replacement or refund is more appropriate based on stock availability and the nature of the issue.

3. Conditions for Issue Resolution

To be eligible for a replacement or refund in the cases above:

  • The issue must be reported within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • The item must not have been misused, modified, or intentionally damaged.
  • Any packaging, accessories, and manuals should be kept where reasonably possible so that we can verify the problem.

We do not cover damage caused by improper use, accidents, neglect, or unauthorised modification.

4. Shipping Costs

  • If the problem is caused by our error (defective item, wrong item shipped), we will cover reasonable return or reshipment costs, or offer a solution that does not require returning the product.
  • If a return is requested but the item is found to be in normal condition and correctly shipped, any shipping costs will not be refunded.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they have been packed or shipped.
Once an order has been processed by our warehouse, it can no longer be cancelled.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We will do our best, but we cannot guarantee that cancellation will always be possible.

6. Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved:

  • We will process the refund within 5–10 business days.
  • The actual time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
